Senior Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help a leading banking team align data initiatives with corporate strategy, providing both technical expertise and business guidance . What you’ll do: Design functional data solutions: processes, models & quality frameworks Support business teams in defining data quality rules Review & validate designs from a data strategy perspective Provide guidance on governance, production, and data lifecycle alignment What we’re looking for: 7 years in IT and big data projects Strong background in data governance tools Hands-on experience designing data architectures Knowledge of SQL and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Deep understanding of CIB (markets, global banking, transactional banking) High level of English ( B2 or higher ) Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or similar Location: Hybrid – Málaga What we offer: Visa sponsorship for you your family (if needed) Permanent contract through Qaracter Flexible pay: ticket transport and kindergarten. ❤️‍ Discounts on private health insurance.
