Electrical Plant Engineer (GCC)

Requirements: BTech or Electrical Engineering Degree with a GCC Min 10 years' experience in a similar role Instrumentation experience is essential Assess the operational and financial feasibility of recommendations to improve engineering and maintenance workflows Co-develop the Validation Master Plan (VMP) with Quality Assurance departments and relevant stakeholders Develop contingency plans to minimise the impact of delays in engineering and maintenance activities Develop risk management plans for the Engineering & Maintenance department Ensure that engineering teams operate in accordance with Quality and HSE requirements Evaluate financial and operational viability of energy-optimisation initiatives Initiate training programmes to build capability in the Engineering and Maintenance department Justify the resources required to support changes in resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology within the Engineering and Maintenance department
