Assistant Financial Controller

Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Manage financial and commercial bridges for performance tracking. Process petty cash, staff expense claims, and manual payment requests. Reconcile inter-company balances and assist in monthly reconciliations (IC3 forms). Handle accounts payable (SAP), clear vendor accounts, and investigate AP issues. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support payroll journal entries. Monitor accounts receivable invoice receipts. Uphold financial procedures and SOX/internal control standards. Ensure compliance with IOS and finance-related legal requirements. Represent and promote the vision of Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficient in SAP , Excel , and PowerPoint . Strong understanding of local and US GAAP.
