Backend Developers

Duties: · Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software based on business requirements · Work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, well-architected solutions that: · Follow industry best coding practices · Are scalable, well-tested, and bug-free · Integrate seamlessly with broader systems · Serve the exact needs of our clients · Participate in Agile stand-ups to review: · Project status, business analysis, timelines, and issue tracking · Log and track development efforts and issues using appropriate tools · Contribute to technical documentation and assist in creating training materials Back-End Developer Focus: Build logic-driven, performant back-end systems optimized for memory, low latency, and high throughput Recommend appropriate technologies to implement new features Improve and scale the back-end architecture in collaboration with the product team Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly and efficiently Stay updated on backend trends and development best practices Skills: · Relevant IT Degree (preferred) · Minimum 6 years software development experience (preferably in B2B payments, transactional systems, or SaaS environments) · Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and architecture principles · Proficient in C#, VB.NET, SQL, RabbitMQ, and Web Services · Experience with Visual Studio, Xamarin, and testing frameworks · Understanding of front-end design implementation and mobile responsiveness · Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ASANA, MS Teams, CRM, and MS Office Suite Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za.
