What youll do: Provide first-line support to clients (phone, email, on-site). Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with installations, updates, and system maintenance. What you need: Matric (IT qualification/cert an advantage). Basic knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office. Friendly, professional communication skills. Eager to learn and grow in the IT field.
