Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a planning or data-driven role, ideally within the automotive industry. You should be skilled in: · Analytical skills and data interpretation · Synthesizing and communicating key ideas · Managing and analyzing databases · Transforming data into actionable insights · Creating executive-level presentations · Project evaluation · Collaborating effectively with multi-level and multi-disciplinary teams Beyond the technical skills, we want to meet people who are intellectually curious, adaptable, and fast learners. Your Responsibilities · Participate in and lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop optimization projects for key company processes. · Analyze business, industry, and market data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities · Actively participate in the strategic planning and budget processes for a business unit. · Review and assess capital investments and conduct post-mortem analysis. · Participate in all phases of M&A projects, including target analysis and due diligence. Requirements · Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and familiarity with AI large language models (LLMs) is a plus. · Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. · English Proficiency: Strong communication skills for working in multicultural environments. · Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
