Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with account collaborators, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving account plans, identifying product white spaces, creating demand, and exploring project opportunities. Engaging stakeholders, mapping key partners within customer organizations, understanding their roles, and building relationships between them and Emerson sales teams. Conducting detailed needs assessments with BDMs to identify customer pains and challenges that our products or solutions can address, understanding their business drivers and operational environment. Presenting tailored solutions to partners, demonstrating how our products meet their specific needs. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, focusing on expanding our product portfolio and generating new demand. Collaborating with support teams, BDMs, and specialists to ensure high-quality customer interactions and solution development, assigning ownership of complex pursuits as needed. Realizing pricing strategies that create customer value and balance price and volume. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities. Who You Are: You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations, have a track record of exceeding goals, take responsibility for your actions, and collaborate effectively with others. You leverage multiple relationships to exchange ideas and resources and communicate effectively across various settings and levels. Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent experience in process automation. 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in instrumentation or a related technical field. Strong technical skills and quick learning ability for complex products and services. Experience with CRM systems. Fluency in Italian. Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Availability to travel up to 60% within the Lombardia region. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to identify business opportunities and achieve outcomes.
