6X Loan Field Officers

Location Johannesburg, North Requirements: National Senior Certificate Qualification in Business, Finance or related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in fieldwork, sales, or microlending operations Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Outreach Identify and onboard potential borrowers within assigned areas Educate clients on loan products, repayment terms, and financial literacy Build trust and maintain long-term relationship with clients Loan Origination and Assessments Conduct field-based assessments of loan applicants' business or households Verify documentation and assess creditworthiness Submit complete loan application for approval Monitoring and Collections Track repayment schedules and follow up on late payments Conduct field visits to monitor loan utilization and business progress Report delinquent accounts and assist in recovery strategies Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. NCA, FICA) Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan performance Provide weekly reports on field activities and portfolio health How to apply:
