Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across mining operations Drive cost control, capital expenditure monitoring, and cash flow management Provide strategic input to senior leadership and operational teams Manage audits, risk assessments, and internal controls Lead and mentor finance staff to ensure high performance and professional development Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) 10 years post-articles experience in the mining/manufacturing industry Operational experience MUST be able to speak Afrikaans Cost control culture Negotiate with suppliers Must be able to connect with finance with operations Strong personality How to Apply: 🌐
