The opportunity- Were looking for a Commercial Finance Broker with a proven track record in sales preferably in business lending to join our core team in Hammersmith. This is a hands-on sales role where youll be directly engaging with SME business owners to introduce them to the most suitable funding options powered by LoanTube's matchmaking platform and help us build the most competitive brokerage team in the UK. The Role - Own the full sales cycle : Engage with inbound leads, run discovery calls, assess financial standing of the SMEs, and match them with the most suitable lenders on our panel. Speed, clarity, and precision are key. Drive new business : While inbound leads are there to support, we value brokers who bring existing networks and proactively build new relationships to expand their portfolio and deal flow. Strengthen lender partnerships : Collaborate with our lender ecosystem and contribute to expanding and optimising our panel as we grow. Work cross -functionally: Collaborate with a lean, high-performance team to hit ambitious KPIs, while contributing to product development, sales, and operational improvements. Shape how we grow : Share insights on sales strategy, negotiation, and customer behaviour to help evolve our brokerage playbook as we continue to scale. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in finance or SME loan brokerage. Someone who excels in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment and delivers consistently. Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. You move fast, close faster, and stay calm under pressure. Comfortable working on-site in Hammersmith as this is not a remote role. Why Work at LoanTube?
