Extremely established PROPERT Y organisation seeks experience FINANCIAL MANAGER to oversee the financial operations of their commercial properties. KPAs will be: Financial Daily cashflow forecasting/management Managing finance team Review/ oversee debtors and creditors Budgets Management accounts review and reporting Month end journals where necessarily Payroll review Financial statements/tax review OPERATIONAL Daily production planning System maintenance Stock control/maintenance, ensuring system ties up with actual Degree in a financial accounting field Minimal of 6 years experience in a property/student or similar organisation CA (SA) - advantageous Valid drivers licence
