About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Agronomist to lead and grow our client base, build lasting partnerships, and promote sustainable agricultural solutions. This role blends agronomic knowledge with commercial insight to deliver high-value services to farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agriculture sector. Provide technical support and agronomic advice to customers, helping them improve yields and adopt best practices. Conduct product trials and demonstrate results to support sales strategies. Build relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to align agronomy with product development and marketing strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Deliver training sessions and presentations to clients and partners. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or a related field. 3 years' experience in a similar role combining agronomy and sales/business development. Strong understanding of soil, crop, and plant health management. Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
