Plant Controller Location: Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to lead financial operations at our automotive manufacturing facility in Saltillo. This role is critical for driving cost efficiency, financial accuracy, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability. Manage SAP financial processes (CO, FI modules). Support cross-functional teams to improve operational performance. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Communicate financial insights to global leadership in English. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing finance. Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel . Fluent in English (written and spoken).
