New Product Design Engineer

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Design Engineering. 3 years of experience in mechanical design, CR/CO implementation in Agile PLM. 3 years of experience generating and maintaining technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOM). Availability to work onsite in Apodaca, N.L. Temporary Project (9 months) Advanced English (spoken and written). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and execute requirements, analysis, detailed design, and verification activities for assigned products, projects, or solutions. Provide technical guidance to other engineers in resolving medium-complexity issues. Participate in design reviews, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Implement Change Requests (CR/CO) in the Agile PLM system, including detailed design drawings, schematics, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM). Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design requirement specifications, product and component drawings, material specifications, and BOMs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically sound and manufacturable.
