Job Description: •Support on AG scope (NA, LA-S and CAC regions) and Brazil. •Support to Lenovo BUs: IDG (PC and Motorola) and SSG. •Support on Logistics suppliers sourcing and procurement execution for AG logistics operations including but not limited to VMI, Warehousing, Customs Clearance , Domestic transportation (Ground Transportaion -FTL/LTL, Air, ecommerce/parcel, etc), support international transportation (Air/Ocean), etc every elements of the supply chain. •Support on RFQs, RFIs and benchmarkings •Support on Logistics Contract management including not limited to administration, update, amendments, achieve etc. making sure no legal exposure in any circumstances •Supporting Commercial negotiation with 3PLs, •Supporting logistics Solution and network design, •Supporting Suppliers’ Monthly and quarterly reviews, performance management including not limited to metrics KPIs, process improvements, corrective actions and operational highlights & lowlights, •Daily operation and assignment, rates/tariffs management, contract deployments, negotiations, etc. •Maintain good supplier relationship ·Support on tracking and standardization of Contracts and Tariffs/Rates such as effective-expiration dates, follow-up, creation of reference s, uploading of contracts and tariffs/rates in LCMS - Logistics Contract Management System. ·Support/gathering information for RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFI (Request for Information), Benchmarking, Business Cases, Assessments, etc. ·Provide rate creations and updates to PMDC/Trax (3rd Party) for Freight Invoice Auditing and payments. ·Support on business cases, projects, rates analysis & contracts. ·Schedule, set up and follow up Supplier QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) across the continent when needed. ·Support Logistics Procurement team (Americas Region) and Lenovo stakeholders when needed to deal with the situation at hand. ·4PL support (i.e. Leshines, a Lenovo company) and 3PLs as needed. ·Support to LME and GSC Global Logistics.
