Job Description
Identify ways to support specific safety, health & sustainability opportunities and risks, ensuring activities comply with all Safety, Health & Environmental requirements. Ensuring compliance to mine and legal standards and procedures - Reg 2.19.1 and 2.19.2 of the Minerals Act. Regular risk assessments, monitoring safety performance of operations and incident investigations. Provide on demand training, and regular reporting 8 Years Experience , with 3 Years as Safety Officer Diploma in Safety / Risk Management/Engineering or equivalent at NQF 6 Trade certificate necessary SAMTRAC COMSOCO 1 2 Incident investigation training TMM and RBE risk management knowledge MS Office proficiency
