Senior Engineering Manager

One of our top mining clients in Mpumalanga is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager. Experience Required: · Minimum 15 years progressive experience in the Mining sector, with substantial engineering leadership in underground operations · Professional registration with a recognized engineering body · In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices · Proven leadership and interpersonal skills capable of motivating a diverse technical team · Strong project and budget management experience. · Proficiency with engineering tools and software for analysis, planning, and performance tracking. · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Qualifications: · NQF Level 8: Bachelor s degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering · postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA/MBL) advantageous · Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Mines and Works
