Professional Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) on behalf of one of our leading quantity surveying clients, known for their expertise in delivering high-value mining and industrial projects across South Africa. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex projects from inception to final account, working closely with clients in the mining and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: · Full quantity surveying duties across various stages of mining and industrial projects. · Preparation of cost estimates, feasibility studies, and tender documentation. · Contract administration and management of project finances. · Client engagement and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. · Management of junior staff and ensuring quality delivery on all QS aspects. Minimum Requirements: · Professionally registered with SACQSP as a PrQS. · Minimum of 7 years' experience with a strong focus on mining and/or industrial projects. · Proven experience working in a consulting quantity surveying environment. · Sound knowledge of standard forms of contract (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, etc.). · Strong report writing, measurement, and cost control skills.
