Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters advantageous) Pr Eng registration with ECSA highly preferred 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5 years focused on solar PV systems and grid connectivity Strong understanding of REIPPPP processes and public offtake project requirements Expertise in solar system design, grid integration , and energy storage solutions Proven leadership and project management experience, including cross-functional team coordination Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
