Job Description
Job Title: Insurance Administrator in St Francis Bay EC Office Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Administrator to join our team. The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative aspects related to long term insurance, under the guidance of the financial planners, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have experience working in the insurance industry. Responsibilities: - Communicating with existing and new clients - Communicate with insurance companies to obtain necessary information - Assist with the administration of insurance claims and handle any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies - Provide support to clients and answer any questions they may have about their insurance coverage - Assist in the development of new business - Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact insurance policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective insurance administration Qualifications: - Minimum of a matric - At least 2 years of proven experience working in the insurance industry - Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team - Detail-oriented and able to identify errors and inconsistencies in insurance documents - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team as an Insurance Administrator, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a good fit for this position.
