Youll handle in-store, phone, and online sales, manage displays, and be the go-to person for all things electronics. Minimum Requirements: Completed Grade 12 (recent grads welcome if eager to learn) Sales and customer service experience in a retail setting Tech product knowledge: cellphones, laptops, etc. Strong communication and listening skills Honest, well-presented, and enthusiastic Social media savvy is a bonus Duties and Responsibilities: Sell pre-owned tech in-store, online, and via calls Provide excellent customer service Upsell, cross-sell, and close off incoming leads Test and demonstrate items before sale Keep window displays and merchandising on point Stay up to date on new arrivals and product info Promote value-adds like cash advances and personal loans Maintain store cleanliness and security standards Collaborate with team to hit store targets Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
