IT Analyst / Network Technician (Pietermaritzburg and Newcastle )

Requirements Experience and Qualifications Required: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent A and N accreditation Experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting computer systems, installation of printers and working with networks. Duties & Responsibilities Setup hardware and software of office automation equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are important in this role. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software resources. Install workstations and laptops with required software. Setup and maintain inhouse and customers IT infrastructure. Remote support Skills and Attributes 2 Years experience in installation, and maintenance, of Connectivity and Networking Solutions, have a very good understanding of networking. Knowledge in office automation equipment. Advanced fault-finding skills. Knowledge servers and networks. Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication. Grade 12 / Matric. Must have a valid drivers license. Other Assignments Knowledge of PBX and CCTV will be an advantage.
