Job Description Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Provide customers with detailed information about the organisation's services. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and professional approach. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Deliver consistent and high-quality service in line with organisational standards. Support administrative tasks related to customer service as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Agent should have: Previous experience in customer service or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workload. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
