Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve unit and profit targets. Analyse performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to drive growth. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives, Business Managers, and Administrators. Conduct regular one-on-ones, set KPIs, and build a results-driven culture. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional customer journey that aligns with luxury brand expectations. Handle escalations and monitor CSI/NPS scores for continuous improvement. Financial Oversight: Manage departmental profitability, expenses, and budgets. Oversee pricing, F&I product penetration, and vehicle appraisals. Marketing & Events: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive showroom traffic and increase brand visibility. Operational Excellence: Ensure stock control, accurate reporting, CRM/DMS utilisation, and compliance with all regulations and OEM requirements. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales management (premium/luxury brands preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Track record of achieving sales targets and managing profitability Financial acumen and knowledge of F&I products Proficiency in DMS/CRM systems (CDK, Keyloop, DealerWeb, etc.) Valid drivers license and Matric; a tertiary qualification in Sales/Management is advantageous Key KPIs New & Used Vehicle Sales Volume Profit per Unit / Department Profitability Finance & Product Penetration Customer Satisfaction (CSI/NPS) Stock Turn & Aged Inventory Team Retention & Performance ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
