AI Analyst / Network Technician

Job Description: Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks Install, maintain, and configure office automation equipment Troubleshoot printers, networks, connectivity issues, and PC-related problems Ensure proper installation of workstations, laptops, and software Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and connectivity solutions Provide remote assistance when required Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology Additional Responsibilities: PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous Perform occasional overtime where necessary Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting Solid understanding of connectivity, servers, and office automation Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Valid drivers license required Qualification: Matric / Grade 12 A and N Certification Additional networking and technical qualifications beneficial 📧 Contact:
