Job Description

Requirements National Diploma (Sciences) 810 years in alcoholic beverage production (leadership role), or B-Degree (Sciences) 5 years in senior FMCG role (preferred) Strong leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with SAP, Excise, WCM practises, HR/IR practices Experience with alcoholic beverage production Responsibilities Set and execute strategic goals aligned with divisional KPIs Lead and develop a high-performing, motivated team Manage site budgets, assets, and capital expenditure projects Oversee full distillation process, including brandy production and maturation Ensure raw material intake, stock control, and product dispatches run efficiently Drive adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies in the area Ensure compliance with Excise regulations, OHSAct (legal appointee Section 16.2), and food safety standards Maintain and improve site Quality Management Systems Participate in sensory evaluation (product tasting) panels Promote continuous improvement through innovation and problem-solving Collaborate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, finance, HR) and external suppliers Support audits, reporting, and loss control initiatives Drive adherence to company standards and best practices Foster a culture of accountability, sustainability, and operational discipline PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
