Description Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with accuracy and clarity. Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to key stakeholders. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure robust financial planning. Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies. Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Provide financial leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Profile A successful Senior Management Accountant should have: Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Proven experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel capabilities. An analytical mindset with the ability to present complex data clearly.
