The Role and About You We’re growing our Leicester team and work in the Engineering market - a fast-paced, results-driven space with strong demand and clear opportunity. This is a 360 role where you’ll build and run your own desk, backed by a leadership team that knows what good looks like and how to help you get there. We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 12 months’ success in 360 recruitment (sector flexible), with a confident, consultative approach to both clients and candidates.
