Senior Delivery Lead – People Systems Projects Location: Hybrid / Milton Keynes (2-4 days onsite) Contract: Fixed Term until July 2026 Salary: £76,210 to 82,292 We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive the next phase of a major People Systems Project. This is a pivotal role focused on delivering two major workstreams: Systems, Automation & Innovation and Position Data & Establishment Control, both underpinned by SAP SuccessFactors. What You’ll Do Lead the successful delivery of Phase 2 of the People Systems Project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Digital Services, Finance, and academic units. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure cohesive project direction and execution. Manage third-party suppliers and ensure value-driven outcomes. Champion cultural and behavioural change as new systems and data practices are embedded. Maintain oversight of budgets, resources, and governance structures. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading large-scale change programmes, ideally within HR or people systems environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A delivery-focused mindset with a “get stuff done” attitude. Strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex goals into actionable plans. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
