Finance Analyst - Surrey - 12-Month Fixed Term - £40,000-£50,000 This is a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic, project-focused finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in managing financial data for marketing related projects ensuring accurate reporting, tracking profitability, supporting project managers, and assisting with month-end close. Ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and an analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain project and opportunity data in Salesforce and SAP Track and update project costs, revenue, billing, and profitability Process direct costs, review expenses, and handle client recharges Prepare client billing and upload invoices to customer systems Monitor AR and support project managers with overdue accounts Assist in rolling sales and profit forecasts and annual financial planning Ensure correct cost/revenue recognition and contribute to monthly closings Generate variance analysis reports (forecast vs. actuals) What We're Looking For 3-5 year's experience in financial analysis, preferably project-based Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong Excel and MS Office skills (must-have) Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred) Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills Benefits 25 days' holiday bank holidays Performance-based bonus scheme Up to 8.5% employer pension contribution Life assurance & long-term illness cover £660 annual flexible benefits allowance Private medical
