Credit Control Manager Sutton, Surrey (Hybrid after probation)£50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: On behalf of our client, a well established and reputable organisation based in Sutton, we are seeking an experienced and driven Credit Control Manager to lead their credit control function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing the company’s cash flow and customer accounts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and managing a team of 4 credit controllers, ensuring efficient and effective operations Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures Monitor outstanding debts and ensure timely collection of payments Maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve payment issues professionally Assess credit risk and set appropriate credit limits Produce regular reports on debtor performance and cash flow Collaborate with internal departments to support financial objectives Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in credit control, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A proactive and solution-focused approach Please apply by responding with an up to date copy of your CV.
