What You’ll Be Doing With full training and support, you’ll learn to: Research businesses across Germany and Europe to understand market trends Identify, engage, and screen high-potential candidates in both German and English Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ motivations and career goals Prospect to new customers - and then managing the relationships through project delivery Work towards clear KPIs and revenue goals with structured support Collaborate with a high-performing, friendly team Build your personal brand on and grow your professional network - be an expert in your market and thrive from it You’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right talent, and in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves. What We’re Looking For You don’t need recruitment experience—we’ll teach you that.
