Mechanical Engineer, Abattoir Operations

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification 35 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a food processing or industrial environment Abattoir experience highly advantageous Solid knowledge of mechanical systems including: - Hydraulics - Pneumatics - Pumps - Motors - Gearboxes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and within a team-based environment Excellent communication skills
