Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Customer Service: Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through installations, repairs, servicing, deliveries, and product training. Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote helpdesk assistance for the companys products. Administration: Assist with stock counts, office administration, and updating policies/procedures. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed. Requirements : Matric Certificate. Valid drivers license Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable). Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) 2 years preferred - Technical proficiency in retail scales, weights, and measures Skills: Microsoft Office 365, POS software, and basic computer skills. Strong sales, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management. Certification as a Qualified Verification Officer. Technical Expertise Software: SLP, POS systems, Microsoft Office 365. Industry Knowledge: Retail scales, weights, and measures compliance.
