Job Description

Required Experience & Skills: 5 years in automotive sales management, preferably with a premium/luxury brand Proven success in achieving volume and profit targets Strong team leadership and people development experience Solid understanding of vehicle finance, insurance, and compliance (F&I) Experience in planning marketing campaigns and new product launches Strong commercial and financial acumen Skilled in negotiation, communication, and customer engagement Competent in dealership systems (e.g., CDK/Keyloop, Salesforce, DealerWeb) and MS Office Preferred Qualifications: Senior Certificate (Matric) Valid drivers license Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Business Management (advantageous) By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
