About the Position: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, visualization, and business strategy , eager to transform data into actionable insights and support decision-making across digital and operational areas. In This Position You Will: Manage end-to-end data analysis and reporting projects , ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dashboards and insights. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions . Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards , ensuring they are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, etc.) to create robust and scalable data models. Track and follow up on all analytics-related activities, coordinating with internal teams and project management platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and best practices. Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. Support the development of automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Stay up to date with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities. What We Expect From You: You have a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. You have 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis , or a similar role. You are proficient in Power BI , including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. You have experience working with SQL and integrating data from various sources. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. You are comfortable presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
