Role Overview This is a unique opportunity to join FOSSA Systems at a critical growth stage. You will be responsible for all day-to-day finance activities, managing external accounting providers, ensuring financial compliance, and delivering accurate reporting. In parallel, you will support fundraising processes, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting operations, cash flow, and payroll with external accounting partners. Deliver monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and implement financial controls, dashboards, and KPIs. Prepare financial models, support due diligence, and assist in fundraising and investor reporting. Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP/IFRS and tax obligations. Advise leadership on financial performance and resource allocation. Qualifications Economics, Finance or similar graduate. MBA, CFA are nice-to-have. 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in technology, aerospace, or industrial companies. Must have demonstrated Experience with fundraising, due diligence, or financial modeling at a Startup. Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and advanced Excel/financial systems skills.
