We are active in both the modular construction market and traditional construction. We are building the tech layer to connect landowners with the right builders, and manage the entire project from bid to build. We don't build homes, we build the ecosystem and infrastructure that make home construction scalable. Litehaus is the platform that turns homebuilding into a guided digital experience from idea to keys . Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect. The role is based in Madrid with some work from home acceptable. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, managing projects, integrating construction methods, and collaborating with software developers to implement advanced building technologies. Day-to-day tasks include creating design plans, overseeing project execution, and ensuring sustainable and efficient construction practices. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Design skills Experience in Project Management Software Development and Integration skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both on-site and remotely Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Familiarity with sustainable building technologies is a plus Experience in innovative construction solutions is advantageous
