Bathroom Sales Consultant

HPD is now one of the fastest growing retail organisations in Scotland. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Kitchen/Bathroom Showroom Consultant to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver our strategic priorities. This position is a Full-Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced retail organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Showroom Consultant you will play a vital role in our operations serving as the first point of contact in our customer focussed branch operations, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the correct products for their properties’. We also have a Sales Bonus Scheme The successful candidate will: · Possess National 4 or equivalent in Mathematics and English. · Have significant face to face customer experience. · Be an effective communicator with skills in in Microsoft and design specific software packages. · Be determined to succeed with a positive “can-do” customer focussed attitude. · Be a highly organised individual with excellent creative design and communication skills. Showroom Consultant will be responsible for: · Handling incoming customer enquiries on a face-to-face basis, both in store and within their properties. · Listening to customers ideas, to provide expert advice and bespoke designs which meet their requirements. · Accurately completing designs and quotations for customers. · Seeing all processes through from start to finish. · Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. · Providing additional support to branch staff.
