Senior EC&I Design Engineer

Were recruiting for a Senior EC&I Design Engineer to join a leading engineering business delivering high-specification control and instrumentation systems for the oil & gas, process, and petrochemical sectors. This is a hands-on, technically focused role ideal for an EC&I Design Engineer with a strong background in electrical design, control systems, and instrumentation. Youll be joining a collaborative and growing team committed to engineering excellence, compliance, and delivering complex solutions in hazardous and regulated environments. Youll be responsible for producing detailed EC&I designs , generating technical documentation, specifying PLC hardware and instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with ATEX and other industry standards. This role is hybrid with occasionalsite visits for testing, inspection, and client support.
