Job Description

Overview We are looking for a strategic Program Manager to lead a complex digital transformation initiative focused on improving data availability and integration. The role involves managing multiple interrelated IT projects, aligning them with broader organizational goals, and working within a diverse stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate IT projects within a regional digital transformation program Align digital initiatives with business and strategic objectives Translate national and regional needs into practical IT solutions Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration Lead multidisciplinary IT teams and foster a culture of innovation Monitor risks, ensure technical quality, and drive system integration Oversee budgets, resources, and project reporting Support change management and adoption of new technologies Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Informatics, or related field 5–10 years' experience in IT program or project management Strong leadership in software development and systems integration Knowledge of IT architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems Familiar with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, PMP, Prince2, or similar frameworks Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of IT security and compliance (e.g. GDPR, ISO27001) Ideal Profile Strategic, technically competent, and results-oriented Strong stakeholder management and team leadership Comfortable navigating change and delivering innovation Dutch and English Healthcare experience If you are interested, please apply or send your CV directly to cameron.hay@cdhprofessionals.com
