STELLANTIS México, empresa trasnacional del sector automotriz y de las 25 mejores empresas para trabajar en México, te invita a formar parte de su equipo como: Battery Management System Hardware Safety Development Lead The Battery Management System (BMS) Hardware Safety Lead for high-voltage battery hardware and integration in electric vehicles is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end management and traceability of the BMS electrical design application and safety compliance to ISO 26262 standard. This encompasses the battery pack assembly's BMS printed circuit boards (PCBs), Cell Supervisory Circuits (CSCs), implementation of design and confirmation of validation to support J1 Safety assessment for the HV Battery Pack. This Engineer will support in a transversal role across all BMS Systems and work closely with the BMS HW DRE and Battery Pack Electrical Technical Specialist and Safety Leaders to ensure compliance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related electrical discipline from an ABET accredited/equivalent university. 8 years in product engineering electrical design, requirements and/or Safety Experience in upstream requirement decomposition and workflows Experience in establishing and executing sub-system Safety concept and automotive standard ISO 26262 and ASIL decomposition Combination of systems engineering knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly define solutions within a specific application. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and with a proactive attitude. Proficiency with application engineering principles. Process-oriented, with high attention to detail. Advanced Engilsh Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in electrical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field as accredited by ABET or ABET equivalent. Direct High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain experience in electric vehicles.
