We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Engineer who will lead and coordinate engineering changes, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with our quality and environmental standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 14001). This is a key role for product launches, where communication, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Your Role: Coordinate and ensure timely implementation of engineering changes with minimal obsolescence and customer impact. Review BOMs, Item Master (SAP), drawings, and deviation analyses to ensure data integrity in ERP systems. Maintain and update ECs (Engineering Changes) list and report weekly status. Keep OEM portals (GM, Ford, Stellantis, VW) updated to meet customer launch requirements. Train PRLs (Project Responsible Leaders) on OEM portal usage and ensure date alignment with project timelines. Approve ECs in the system and monitor deviations on the production floor. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 during launches and sustaining phases. Support continuous improvement projects across engineering teams. What Do You Need? Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Computer Systems Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in engineering change coordination or related functions. Advanced English (spoken and written) – Required. Experience with OEM portals (GM, Stellantis, Ford, VW) – Required. Strong understanding of SAP, MES systems, and BOMs. Solid knowledge of PPAP, APQP, OEE, MSA, FTQ, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 requirements. Proficient in problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork.
