Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React , Power BI , and UI/UX design to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and developing intuitive, data-driven web applications. This role will contribute to both front-end and back-end development , while also leading initiatives in user experience, data visualization , and continuous product innovation . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack applications using React.js , Node.js , or other back-end technologies. Build scalable and maintainable front-end interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX design principles . Integrate and manage Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics into applications for actionable business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Lead efforts in product innovation , proposing and prototyping new ideas that enhance functionality and user experience. Develop RESTful APIs and services that connect front-end interfaces with backend systems. Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to ongoing development efforts when applicable. Qualifications: 3–5 years of full-stack development experience. Experience working with US clients or distributed international teams. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks. Experience with databases.
