Validation Project Manager We are seeking a proactive and experienced Validation Project Manager to lead a strategic validation initiative in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong project management skills, a background in product and process validation, and the ability to coordinate across global teams. Location : Tijuana, Mexico (on-site) Duration : 6 months (September 2025 – March 2026) Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English Responsibilities Ensure on-time delivery of product and process validation activities. Provide technical guidance and follow-up throughout the validation lifecycle. Collaborate closely with R&D, Application, and Validation teams across Belgium, China, Mexico, and other global sites. Manage project execution within budget and timeline , tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between plant operations and validation stakeholders. Oversee Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) phases. Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance validation efficiency and compliance. Guarantee regulatory compliance of products in accordance with industry standards. Drive production readiness , ensuring validation completion aligns with planned production start. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in validation processes , preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, pharma). Strong project management skills , with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with OQ/PQ protocols and regulatory compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multicultural and cross-functional teams . Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Ability to work on-site in Tijuana and travel if required.
