Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and English-fluent Solar Transaction Project Manager to join our Tijuana office. This role is crucial to ensuring the successful execution of residential and commercial solar financing transactions. You will coordinate between internal teams, external partners, legal advisors, and solar installation companies to ensure projects move smoothly from origination to funding and post-installation follow-up. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project flow of solar financing transactions, ensuring alignment with internal processes and client expectations. Act as the main point of contact between sales, underwriting, legal, and technical teams. Coordinate all documentation, approvals, and signatures required to close each transaction. Track project milestones to ensure timely funding and installation. Communicate professionally in fluent English with international investors, U.S.-based partners, and cross-border teams. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues when needed. Maintain detailed records and ensure regulatory and internal compliance throughout each transaction lifecycle. Support reporting needs, project audits, and internal reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of project coordination or management experience , preferably in solar energy, infrastructure, or financial services. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment . Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude. Knowledge of solar energy systems or financing structures is a strong asset.
