Junior Consultant/Recruiter

To support our growth in Belgium, we are looking for a Junior Consultant/Recruiter to execute leadership recruitment projects - searching for high-level managers for top local and international businesses. As a Junior Consultant/Recruiter, you will play a central role in the execution of strategic recruitment assignments, in close collaboration with the firm's Partners, who manage client relationships. You will be involved in all phases of the process, from recruitment needs analysis of the companies to presentation of the final candidates. Your responsibilities: Collaborating with the Partners to understand customers' business and organizational challenges. Developing targeted search strategies to identify a list of potential candidates for the role. Identifying, approaching and evaluating top candidates in Belgium and internationally. Conducting in-depth interviews and drawing up qualitative evaluations. Participating in client meetings and shortlist presentations. Contributing to sector analysis and building a talent network. 1-3 years of professional experience, in a search or recruitment agency or a demanding corporate environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Management of Enterprises or Psychology. Dutch with a good command of English, both orally and in writing. French is a plus. Curious attitude, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility for the work delivered. Digital mindset, trusted with IT and CRM systems – strong focus on detail and quality.
