Maintenance Supervisor

What will you do? Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and safety of plant machinery and production processes. How will you do it? Direct and supervise maintenance staff in their daily tasks. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with management to plan and budget for maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. What are we looking for? University degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
