Atcon Global - Microsoft Copilot Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Consultant to help organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools. In this role, you will guide businesses in implementing and optimizing Copilot across Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.), enabling teams to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and make better use of AI-driven insights. Responsibilities Partner with business and technical stakeholders to assess readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment. Design and implement strategies to integrate Copilot into daily workflows across Microsoft 365 applications. Customize and optimize Copilot features to align with specific business needs. Conduct workshops, training, and user enablement sessions to drive adoption. Provide ongoing support and recommendations for leveraging new Copilot capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and compliant deployment of Copilot. Stay up-to-date with Microsoft AI advancements and share best practices with clients. Requirements Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and AI-driven productivity tools. Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments. Experience in end-user training, adoption strategies, and change management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus. Background in consulting, digital transformation, or AI tool implementation is highly desirable.
