Sales Manager - FX or Payments Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in London Industry: Fintech / Financial Services A rapidly growing, award-winning fintech company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with FX or Payments experience to join its UK-based team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and successfully close complex, long-cycle B2B sales involving multiple stakeholders. Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique value of the product suite. Drive outbound sales strategies to acquire high-value clients in the UK. Re-engage churned or dormant applicants, converting them into active and profitable clients. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients. Required Qualifications & Experience: Considerable experience in a senior business development or sales role, with a proven track record in closing complex, high-value B2B deals within the financial services, fintech, or technology sectors - Payments, FX or Cross Border transactions niche Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong ability to engage with and influence C-level stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting. Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and methodologies. Applications that do not meet all of the above requirements cannot be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) or professional certifications. Strong grasp of FX markets, regulatory environments, and macroeconomic trends. A 'hunter' mindset focused on generating new business opportunities. Analytical and problem-solving skills to propose tailored client solutions.
